Job Summary
- To manage product from inbound receiving, storage, Goods Return Process checking and outbound delivery hand over to delivery team.
- Products to be managed by quantity, batch number, product type and stock location.
General Responsibilities
- Receiving product as per documents provided such as: invoice, packing list, load document etc
- Checking physical product versus documents: product name, quantity, batch number etc
- Storage product in right location: by client, by storage type, storage condition, trading item, FOC item, saleable, quarantine etc
- Pick pack products according to document provided such as: invoice, load document, other requested etc
- Hand over product and invoice to delivery team
- Perform regular stock checking by weekly, monthly or yearly
- Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Technical Product Sales and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning

Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Good at mathematic
- Basic English Communication
- Basic of Microsoft word, excel & Power Point
- Not key for the position but if experienced with relevant field will be advantage
Education
- High school or Diploma degree in related field
