Job Summary
DKSH is building a data‑driven, and technology‑enabled Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) function—and this role is a key part of how we support hiring at scale.
As a Specialist, Group Talent Acquisition, you will partner closely with recruiters to support both interview coordination and sourcing activities across global hiring. Your role will span scheduling, candidate communication, and recruiting operations, as well as talent research, pipeline building, and sourcing support for priority roles.
In this newly created role, you will help design how interview coordination and sourcing support work together in a scalable, technology‑enabled TA model. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems and technology, pays close attention to detail, and can make sound judgment calls in fast‑moving hiring environments.
General Responsibilities
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience (Core)
- Own end‑to‑end interview scheduling across time zones, making informed judgment calls when priorities conflict or changes are required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Prepare interview packs, assessments, and interview debrief materials
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and consistent candidate experience
Recruitment Operations & Process Enablement
- Support recruiters with job posting coordination, candidate tracking, and status updates
- Maintain high data accuracy in ATS / recruiting systems
- Monitor recruitment timelines, proactively flag risks, and take appropriate action to keep processes moving.
- Support standardisation of TA processes and playbooks across markets
Talent Research & Pipeline Support (Growth Scope)
- Conduct talent research and mapping for priority roles and markets
- Support talent pipeline building (LinkedIn projects, ATS/CRM tagging, rediscovery)
- Assist in competitor and market intelligence tracking for key roles
- Prepare simple talent insights or shortlists for recruiters and TA leaders
Exposure to Automation, Tools & AI (Developmental)
- Support TA Ops initiatives related to process improvement and automation
- Learn and contribute to workflow improvements (e.g. scheduling automation, templated communications)
- Use and test AI‑enabled or automation tools to improve research, candidate communication, and data accuracy, and share practical ideas that improve efficiency
Actively suggest ideas to improve efficiency, candidate experience, or recruiter productivity
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Preferably 3 years of experience in HR, business, psychology, operations, or related fields
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfortable working with systems, data, and multiple stakeholders
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn new tools and ways of working
- Experience using LinkedIn, Excel, or Microsoft suite products or ATS‑type systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Able to use data and information to make practical decisions
- Proactive problem‑solver who suggests better ways of working
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, Analytics or Data Science is preferred.
