Job Summary
Primarily responsible for executing global M&A transactions across the DKSH Group, while supporting end‑to‑end evaluation, execution, and post‑merger integration.
General Responsibilities
- Support end‑to‑end assessment and execution of corporate M&A initiatives across multiple regions.
- Analyze and evaluate the financial and operational performance as well as other key characteristics of potential targets to determine suitability.
- Develop detailed financial models and conduct valuation analyses, identifying key drivers of financial performance.
- Coordinate due diligence activities with internal cross‑functional teams and external advisors to ensure workstreams are completed within agreed timelines.
- Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and decision papers for review by senior management.
- Work closely with legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance and assist in the drafting and review of definitive agreements.
- Support post‑merger integration efforts by collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful integration within the stipulated timelines.
- Contribute to other strategic and financial corporate projects as needed
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Deep expertise in financial modelling, including scenario analysis, valuation techniques, and sensitivity assessments.
- Strong command of accounting principles and methodologies relevant to M&A and corporate finance activities.
- Highly analytical with strong numerical acuity, able to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, driving accountability, cross‑functional alignment, and timely delivery of key workstreams.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to create advanced analyses and executive‑level presentations.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional Asian languages is considered an advantage.

Education
- Strong academic background at the Master’s level, preferably in Economics, Business, Finance, or Engineering.
- CFA certification is an advantage and will be viewed favourably.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 5–7 years of M&A or deals advisory experience, ideally gained in Big Four firms, leading advisory houses, corporate M&A teams, private equity, and/or investment banking.
- Proven experience executing cross‑border transactions across SEA/APAC is required.
- Deep expertise in financial modelling (including valuation, scenario analysis, and deal structuring) and strong M&A project management capabilities are essential.
