Job Summary
Lead the development of group-wide 3/4PL clients business development solution design and pricing; drive regional strategic clients end-to-end supply chain solution and Leadership Business review meetings; support on new growth category solutioning and best practice sharing.
General Responsibilities
• Develop Group-wide strategic clients supply chain strategies, operation guardrails and processes with BU commercial operation to optimize end to end cost, capital and service level
• Lead and support global and country 3/4PL clients’ Business Development solution design and pricing
• Lead regional strategic client’s end to end supply chain solution and continuous improvement; drive cross country best practice sharing and capability improvement
• Drive key local and regional customer analytics and performance analysis (delivery times, operation quality, and cost)
• Support Leadership business review meeting with regional strategic clients’ supply chain meeting preparation and facilitate the follow up and implementation with country teams both client and DKSH
• Develop regional end to end logistics solution and group initiatives for growth categories (consumer health, food services, pet food, etc.)
• Support Consumer Goods Business unit group supply chain cost, digitalization and supplier analytics initiatives collaborating with cross function team
• Manage and oversee project team’s delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set
• Drive and manage learning and development of supply chain and commercial team in the area of Supply Chain management and operation to achieve team/function goals
• Abilities and strengths to guide and encourage peers or project team members toward achieving a common goal or set of goals
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of end-to-end supply chain management and Consumer Goods Business product and market operation
- Demonstrate great problem solving skillsets in complex supply chain and operation environment
- Demonstrate knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory, logistics, customer service best practices and standards and
- Knowledge of ERP system, planning tools, logistics tracking and warehouse management systems and strong excel skillsets
- Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in managing stakeholders in a multinational and matrix organization environment
- Effective communication and negotiation
- Minimum eight to 8-10 years’ experience in a similar role, with at least 5 years’ experience in a managerial capacity
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related field
