Title: Senior Manager Global Non-Trade Procurement

Job Summary
In this role, you will lead the global procurement for Non-Trade spend (~CHF 700m annually, with ~60% in Logistics & Distribution). You will be responsible for developing and executing category sourcing strategies, ensuring procurement governance and internal controls, and driving supplier relationship management. You will also partner closely with stakeholders and suppliers to deliver sustainable savings, enhance procurement performance, and create long-term value for the business.
General Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing
Develop and implement sourcing strategies across categories in alignment with company’s objectives and business priorities. Develop effective collaboration with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into category sourcing plans. Drive savings delivery on key categories through market procurement teams or centrally through global sourcing initiatives.
- Procurement Governance and Internal Controls
Ensure adequate procurement internal controls are in place all areas of procurement management. Regularly review NTP policy, and vendor and/or contract management framework.
- Vendor Management
Build strong and strategic supplier relationship with key suppliers to drive for performance management, forward-thinking strategic development and cost saving initiatives
- Procurement Performance Management
Drive continuous improvement for procurement process and cost saving initiatives. Establish and/or refine existing procurement performance metrics such as savings delivery, cashflow value creation
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- At least 5-7 years in procurement/supply chain management
- Experience in Logistics will be an advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Project management to lead complex projects scope
- Experience in Indirect Procurement is a must, experience in Logistics procurement is preferred
- Agile mindset and adaptive to changes
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Strategic decision making & systematic thinking
- Strong computer literacy. Must have had an experience in using a procurement platform. Experience with SAP preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree of Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Economics or any related fields.
