Title: Manager Regional Transformation

We are seeking a Regional Transformation Manager to lead strategic business transformation initiatives across multiple countries and functions. This role is critical in driving improvements in commercial outcomes such as sales and EBIT, with a strong focus on delivering, scaling, and transitioning solutions across healthcare distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and independently manage transformation programs involving technology, process optimization, and change management.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, and business leaders.
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable, practical solutions.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of transformation initiatives—from proof of concept and pilot to scale-up and operational handover.
- Ensure successful project delivery across multiple countries, aligning with local regulatory and market requirements.
- Manage large-scale rollouts while maintaining business continuity and ensuring adoption.
- Champion change management efforts and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Communicate effectively to influence strategic decisions and drive alignment.
- Report on project performance and ROI to Director-level and Executive stakeholders.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across regions, functions, and business units to ensure alignment and execution.
- Build consensus and secure buy-in from diverse stakeholder groups.
- Mentor and support team members, including Assistant Managers and Analysts.
- Promote a culture of agility, continuous learning, data-driven decision-making, and collaboration.
- Contribute to talent acquisition, onboarding, and capability development within the transformation team.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in transformation, consulting, or digital roles.
- A proven track record of delivering, scaling, and transitioning solutions to business teams.
