About the Role
The Regional Market Access Manager is a key strategic role within DKSH Healthcare, responsible for building and leading a scalable market access capability across Asia Pacific that accelerates patient access and drives commercial growth. You will embed market access thinking at the heart of business development, portfolio management, and product launch decisions, creating measurable impact for clients, partners, and patients across diverse healthcare markets.
What You Will Deliver

- Translate the regional framework into practical tools, templates, and governance structures for consistent application by business development and country teams.
- Partner with Business Development to assess the market access attractiveness of future assets, including reimbursement feasibility, addressable patient segments, access timelines, pricing and funding considerations, and potential revenue scenarios.
- Provide market access input into asset screening, due diligence, and business cases, clearly articulating key assumptions, risks, evidence gaps, and mitigation actions.
- Conduct a structured review of the existing DKSH Healthcare portfolio to identify products where reimbursement, formulary inclusion, tender access, patient support, or other access interventions could expand patient reach and unlock growth.

- Build and maintain a regional view of payer, reimbursement, and policy developments, translating relevant changes into clear implications for DKSH portfolios and partner opportunities.
- Lead regional pricing and reimbursement strategy for priority assets, covering price corridor considerations, international reference pricing exposure, launch sequencing, price-volume scenarios, and governance of country pricing recommendations.
- Design and evaluate innovative access and contracting models such as managed-entry agreements, outcomes-based arrangements, risk-sharing approaches, indication-based access, installment models, and patient affordability solutions, subject to local feasibility and compliance requirements.
- Develop payer, Health Technology Assessment (HTA), and stakeholder engagement strategies based on stakeholder mapping, segmentation, decision drivers, and evidence needs; support country teams in preparing for value discussions and negotiations.
- Partner with Medical and Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) colleagues to shape integrated evidence-generation plans, including real-world evidence, epidemiology, burden-of-disease studies, comparative effectiveness, patient-reported outcomes, and local health-economic analyses.
- Adapt global or partner value dossiers, economic models, and payer materials for local relevance, ensuring assumptions, comparators, treatment pathways, and budget impacts reflect country requirements.
- Serve as the market access subject-matter partner for pharmaceutical clients and alliance partners, contributing to joint access plans, governance forums, business reviews, and issue resolution.
- Define post-listing optimization plans, including formulary expansion, restriction removal, tender participation, pathway inclusion, evidence commitments, contract performance, and access sustainability.
- Set the vision, priorities, and roadmap for a scalable regional market access capability within DKSH Healthcare.
- Chair regional access reviews for priority launches and portfolio opportunities, ensuring timely decisions, escalation of critical risks, and alignment on investment and resources.
