Job Summary

This Manager Transformation will be responsible for leading and managing transformation projects that align with the company’s strategic objectives. This role involves working closely with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to identify opportunities for improvement, develop actionable plans, and oversee the execution of transformative initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of managing complex change projects.

General Responsibilities

  • Independently manage the execution of transformation and operational excellence projects and initiatives across different Businesses and Markets
  • Analyze processes, collect data and information, and collaborate with others to find solutions for complex business problems to e.g. increase operational efficiency
  • Ensure implementation of agreed actions and solutions, monitor adherence to agreed timelines, costs and quality standards
  • Lead, coach and manage individual team members and project-teams for successful project delivery
  • Manage stakeholders up to Executive Team
  • Take a leading role in change management and communicate to create alignment and buy-in.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or any related field
  • Certification as Continuous Improvement practitioner (LEAN / Six Sigma green belt or higher) is preferred
  • Project Management methodologies Certification in preferred
  • A minimum of 6 years working experience, preferably in an external or corporate consulting environment
  • Proven experience in managing (transformation) projects within a corporate environment.
  • Experienced in process improvement and process redesign and ideally experience in implementing digital solutions.
  • Team player with strong analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
  • Great communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed and result oriented, willing to go the extra mile if needed to meet important deadlines
  • Proficiency with MS Office software
