Job Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Intern with the Group Talent Acquisition (GTA) team, you’ll get a front-row seat to how global hiring works at DKSH. In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced HR professionals at the global office and gain hands-on exposure to the full recruitment journey.

 

You’ll support the team with day-to-day recruitment operations, including data analysis, market research, and creating PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to innovation projects focused on automation, smarter hiring processes, and improving how we work.

 

If you’re curious about people, business, and how global companies attract talent, this internship will give you real experience, meaningful projects, and the opportunity to make an impact.

General Responsibilities

  • Support GTA in projects related to employer branding, TA process improvement and system upgrading

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms and job boards

     

  • Assist in job postings, and support the creation and maintenance of job descriptions

  • Scheduling interviews and coordination of Panel assessments

  • Involved in Recruitment data analytics and collation

  • Assist in development of innovative approaches to talent acquisition, staying ahead of industry trends

  • Support in employee engagement activities (from planning to execution)

  • Any other admin support to the GTA Team

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Preferably able to commit to the internship full time i.e. 5 working days a week on a Hybrid work model
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (strong written and spoken English is a must)
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Able to handle sensitive matters/situations with strict confidentiality
  • Sound in research and analytical skills
  • Strong in data management
  • Proactive and able to take initiative in a dynamic work environment, and able to manage challenging timelines
  • Familiarity with automation and other recruiting tools is a plus 

Education

Undergraduate or current student studying for a Degree/Diploma in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or any other relevant Discipline.
