Title: Intern, Group Talent Acquisition

About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Intern for Group Talent Acquisition (GTA), you will play a crucial role in helping to identify talent to join DKSH. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals in a global office and gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
You will be responsible for recruiting interns, assisting the GTA Team in the day-to-day administrative and operational recruitment activities, including analytics, lending support on research, projects and preparing PowerPoint decks to be presented to the TA Community and/or leadership team.
General Responsibilities
- Recruiting other interns for the flagship office (DMAN)
- Supporting GTA in projects related to employer branding, TA process improvement and system upgrading
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms and job boards
- Supporting talent mapping exercises
- Assisting in job postings, and supporting the creation and maintenance of job profiles and descriptions
- Scheduling interviews and coordination of panel assessments
- Collating and presenting of recruitment data analytics
- Assisting in the development of innovative approaches to talent acquisition, helping the team stay ahead of industry trends
- Supporting DMAN office employee engagement activities and planning them to execution
- Other admin and operational support to the GTA team as required
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Ideal candidate is familiar with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ideal candidate is familiar with social media platforms
- Ideal candidate has employer branding experience and/or experience with operational excellence projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – strong written and spoken English is a must
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Able to handle sensitive matters/situations with strict confidentiality
- Sound in research and analytical skills
- Proactive and able to take initiative in a dynamic work environment
- Strong project management skills
- Strong time management skills
Qualifications
- Undergraduate/ Graduate with a Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or any other relevant Discipline
- Prior internship or work experience in an MNC setting as a bonus
- Exposure to recruitment (in-house/ agency)
- Candidates who have prior experience in the HR function (HR analytics), will also be considered
- Able to commit to the internship full-time i.e. 5 working days a week on a hybrid work model
