Title: Intern, Group Supply Chain Management Sustainability

Job Summary
- Support Supply Chain Sustainability function across all DKSH Countries
- This position will support in planning, organizing and coordinating the implementation and reporting of measures and policies defined within DKSH
- Coordinating and monitoring Sustainability projects progress across the market for SCM Sustainability local initiatives.
- Secondary function to support overseeing Group SCM in updating our communication and presentation platform
General Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor the Sustainability performance scorecard progress across market.
- Sustainability Reporting & ESG Ratings: Support with sustainability reporting and ratings to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Monitor or track sustainability indicators, such as energy usage, natural resource usage, waste generation, and recycling.
- Assess or propose sustainability initiatives, considering factors such as cost effectiveness, technical feasibility, and acceptance
- Support the team in SCM Sustainability & Compliance team assigned tasks and projects with a strong focus on sustainability-related topics
- Develop reports or presentations to communicate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
- Create marketing or outreach media, such as brochures or web sites, to communicate sustainability issues, procedures, or objectives within the Group SCM community.
- Provide technical or administrative support for sustainability programs or issues.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks.
- Project Coordination - Assist sustainability team with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor sustainability projects. Organize project meetings, document progress, and follow up on action item
- Undertake Group SCM task as and when as require
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Understanding of Supply Chain/ Sustainability content & its application
- Basic understanding of logistics operation practices preferred
- Data Management and Analytics
- Excellent communication and relationship skills with multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of Power BI, Excel, PPT, Access

Education
- Bachelor level or above on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, Sustainability or equivalent
