About the Role
The Associate Director, Regional Partnership & Launch Excellence Lead is a senior strategic role within DKSH's Healthcare Business Unit, accountable for owning the organization's most critical client partnerships across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region and driving commercial growth and patient access for the Oncology-Haematology and Immunology portfolio. This role uniquely combines regional partnership leadership with full accountability for Launch Excellence, shaping go-to-market strategies and ensuring disciplined, high-quality execution across multiple markets.
What You Will Deliver
- Own and nurture strategic client relationships at a regional level, serving as the primary point of contact across DKSH country teams and cross-functional partners including Finance, Legal, Regulatory, and Supply Chain, ensuring strong governance and mutual accountability.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and business plans for the Oncology-Haematology and Immunology portfolio, maximizing revenue potential, expanding patient access, and supporting new product and new indication launches across multiple markets.
- Drive Launch Excellence by establishing and embedding launch readiness frameworks, standards, and best practices that ensure successful and consistent product launches across all markets in scope.
- Partner closely with the client to identify key growth-driving brands, align on prioritization strategies, and co-develop targeted plans that accelerate market performance and maximize portfolio impact.
- Provide strategic oversight of country performance against annual operating plans, identifying gaps early and driving corrective actions in partnership with country leadership.
- Collaborate with country teams, Finance, and the client to support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, contributing to improved forecast accuracy and optimized inventory levels across the region.
- Prepare and facilitate concise monthly and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with leadership teams, incorporating objective assessments of partnership performance relative to market performance to drive meaningful dialogue and informed decision-making.
- Proactively anticipate, identify, and resolve operational risks to ensure business continuity and partnership integrity, escalating issues to leadership when necessary.
- Create platforms and communities for best practice sharing between the client and country teams to continuously raise commercial and launch performance standards across markets.
- Lead and influence in a matrix environment, shaping discussions and driving cross-functional alignment to enable optimal and timely decision-making.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a Science-based discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with preference for experience in Oncology-Haematology and Immunology and priority markets, and with strong demonstrated experience in launch excellence.
- Strong brand planning and strategic planning capabilities, with demonstrated ability to translate strategy into measurable execution at scale is essential.

Leadership and people management experience would be an advantage.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations, commercial excellence, and launch excellence frameworks, including the ability to design and embed launch readiness standards.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels including Senior Management, effective within multicultural and multi-market environments, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical capability across planning and performance tracking, with confidence in managing ambiguity and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead through influence in a matrix organization, managing multiple priorities and delivering results with autonomy.
- Resilient and results-oriented, with the capacity to operate independently and perform under pressure across complex, multi-market environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Business proficiency in English is required.
