Job Summary
The Assistant Manager, Group Treasury Transformation & Reporting plays a critical execution role in supporting Group Treasury’s transformation agenda. The position combines treasury analytics, systems and bank access governance, and project execution support to enable scalable, well-controlled treasury operations across markets.
The role acts as a key interface between transformation initiatives and treasury operations, ensuring new systems, digital banking solutions, and standardized processes are implemented with strong governance, transparency, and operational readiness.
The role also involves in risk management and administrating treasury policies and procedures, corporate credit cards and vendors’ bank accounts.
General Responsibilities
Treasury Transformation & Project Support
- Support the execution of Group Treasury transformation initiatives including payment automation, digital collections, bank connectivity, and Treasury Management System (TMS) projects.
- Assist in project planning, rollout coordination, issue tracking, and progress reporting across countries and stakeholders.
- Prepare structured materials (dashboards, trackers, and management updates) to support decision-making and execution cadence.
Treasury Analytics & Management Monthly Reporting
- Prepare and analyse Treasury risk exposures including liquidity risk, interest rate risk, foreign exchange risk and counterparty credit risk and its performance report.
- Work with internal stakeholders to enhance transparency of treasury KPIs and support selected management and senior leadership reporting.
- Track utilisation of approved limits and report breaches to management
Treasury Systems & Bank Access Administration
- Together with BPO, act as central administrator/coordinator for internet banking platforms, and future TMS environments.
- Manage user access provisioning, authorization matrices, and periodic access reviews in line with bank mandates and internal policies.
- Drive the transition from country-level to centralized administration, including access clean-up and standardization.
- Administer the corporate credit card program and control process, key liaison person between banks and local program administrators, including maintaining disallowed merchant category codes (MCC), monitoring cardholders’ credit limits and following up on fraud cases
Governance, Controls & Documentation
- Maintain documentation and implementation of end-to-end Group Treasury processes, with emphasis on systems-enabled controls and periodic reviews.
- Participate in internal control, audit, and compliance activities related to treasury systems and bank access governance.
- Maintain centralized documentation for bank mandates, system access records, and control evidence.
- Coordinate with Group Treasury, Internal Systems Control, IT, CSSC, BPO teams, banks, and vendors.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- At least 7- 10 years of work experience in corporate treasury, treasury transformation, or treasury systems
- At least 5 years of regional exposure in treasury related role
- Strong understanding of treasury operations (cash management, payments, FX, bank account management)
- Hands-on exposure to ERP and treasury platforms (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, TIS, TMS, internet banking platforms)
- Experience in access governance, internal controls, or system administration is an advantage
- Track record of leading process improvement initiatives (automation, standardization, efficiency gains)
- Strong analytical and structured execution skills
- High attention to detail with a control-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a transformation environment
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Clear documentation and communication capability
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
