Talent Acquisition is changing fast — and AI is a big part of it. At DKSH, we want to use AI, automation, data, and digital tools to make hiring faster, smarter, and more human.

This internship is for someone curious, hands-on, and excited to build practical tools that recruiters and hiring teams will use. 

You will work on real projects across Copilot Agents, automation workflows, dashboards, knowledge hubs, and candidate experience — while learning how a global Talent Acquisition team operates.

• Build AI tools: Help design and test Copilot Agents for job descriptions, interview guides, recruiter self-service, candidate support, and knowledge search. 

• Automate repetitive work: Support Power Automate flows, reminders, updates, templates, tracker improvements, and other low-code solutions that save time.

• Use data better: Create or improve dashboards, trackers, and simple visuals for recruiting activity, pipeline health, talent mapping, and project progress. 

• Prototype digital experiences: Experiment with Power Apps, SharePoint, forms, prompts, and knowledge hubs to make TA resources easier to use.

• Learn recruiting from the ground up: Support job postings, interview coordination, candidate communications, and project admin so you understand what needs to be improved. 

• Student or fresh graduate in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 

• Curious about AI, automation, data, digital tools, and the future of work. 

• Interested in Microsoft 365 tools such as Cowork , Github Copilot, Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Excel, or Lists. 

• A builder mindset — you like solving problems, testing ideas, and improving how things work. 

• Clear communicator, organized, resourceful, and comfortable handling confidential information.
