This role will be responsible for managing the end-user customer relationships in the HORECA and route channel across the portfolio of DKSH Client brands, specifically focusing on Perrier, Lipton & Brioche Brand’s. A highly autonomous role, you will own manage and grow customers in the channel in NSW & VIC predominantly, delivering sales growth, new distribution points, and executing marketing activations for the Perrier Brand.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generating and converting new business opportunities across the HORECA channel to achieve sales revenue targets
  • Schedule monthly face-to-face client meetings and organise bi-monthly sales trips to key city and/or regional locations. You will be comfortable attending trade shows, networking events and client engagements to strengthen relationships, identify new opportunities and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new business opportunities by proactively targeting past and current customers
  • Maintain and strengthen key customer relationships to maximize revenue potential for brands represented by DKSH
  • Execute brand activations and events with key customers
  • Execute and implement price changes within the channel as directed
  • Provide volume forecasts as requested for the customers to the Channel Manager
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Business Insights, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain) to ensure efficient and effective execution
  • Use customer relationship management systems to build the database of customers and manage these customers effectively and provide timely and accurate data and reports
  • Interstate and regional travel will be required on an as needs basis

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing key FMCG Foodservice accounts
  • Foodservice Industry experience and HORECA Channel
  • Degree in Business/Marketing, or related fields (preferred)
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry/ market/ competitors/ customers
  • Strong relationship and key customer management experience, in HORECA channel
  • Self-motivated, high energy and a positive, problem-solving attitude
  • Solid negotiation and strong communication skills
  • Advance knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated, high energy and a positive, problem-solving attitude
  • Work autonomously whilst also being a team player
