Manager, Marketing & Communications

Are you a strategic, creative, marketing professional looking for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are currently looking for a Manager, Marketing & Communications to join us in this pivotal role.

In this role you will be responsible for driving marketing and communication services, strategies, plans and implementation for the local market, aligned with Group and local market strategy and leadership team. This role requires superior service orientation as well as ensuring delivery of outstanding marketing and communications service quality for stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Group Strategies: Execute Group branding, marketing communications, and media strategies, projects, materials, guidelines, and processes in the local market
  • Marketing and Communications Plan: Develop and implement a marketing and communications plan in collaboration with local market leadership
  • Content Development: Create compelling content for e-newsletters, campaigns, websites, trade fairs, webinars, townhalls, presentations, press releases, brochures, ads, and more
  • Project Management: Oversee local marketing and communication campaigns and participate in agile cross-border projects
  • Brand Custodian: Uphold the DKSH brand locally and train local users
  • Digital Channels Management: Manage local websites, intranet, and social media channels
  • Press Relations: Write press releases, organise media activities (interviews, press conferences), and establish relationships with key local media
  • Crisis Communications: Support local incident and crisis communications
  • M&A Communications: Assist with local M&A communications

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Education: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum five years of corporate/marketing communications experience in a B2B environment within a multinational organisation (ideally FMCG)
  • Exceptional Communication: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all organisational levels, ensuring clarity and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Independent and Reliable Work Ethic: Proven track record of working independently with reliability and structure, consistently delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Hands-On Implementation: Strong practical skills in implementing solutions, with a meticulous attention to detail to achieve efficient and effective results
  • Adaptability in Dynamic Environments: Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic settings, adept at quickly adapting to changes and contributing positively to team goals
