Title:  Supervisor Technical Sales

Job Summary

Manage the existing business and develop new profitable project with the customers, also communicate with the overseas suppliers to achieve team and own sales budget as Sales Rep.

General Responsibilities

• 機能性食料品原材料のテクニカルセールス（Supervisor）です。
  一般食品メーカーや健康食品などを扱う企業への営業を行います。
  海外から商材を調達し、国内のメーカーへ納めます。
  海外のサプライヤーとの信頼を深め、国内のクライアント様へ世界中から探した原料を販売します。
  既存の商材だけにこだわらず、国内外から最先端の芽を見つけ出し、メーカーの開発部門などへ提案していくことのできるのがこの仕事の醍醐味です。個人の裁量が大きく、新たな分野にチャレンジする意欲も歓迎します。

• Technical sales (supervisor) for functional food raw materials.
  We conduct sales to general food manufacturers and companies that handle health foods.
  We procure materials from overseas and deliver them to domestic manufacturers.
  We deepen our trust with overseas suppliers and sell raw materials found from all over the world to domestic clients.
  The best part of this job is that we don't just stick to existing products, but instead find cutting-edge innovations both domestically and internationally, and propose them to manufacturers' development departments. We also welcome individuals with a great deal of discretion and a desire to take on new challenges.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• ビジネスレベルの英語力、もしくは相当する英語力をお持ちの方で下記いずれかに該当する方
  ・各種機能性食品について関心のある方
  ・営業経験者（プライシング、デリバリー、新製品開発、などのコミュニケーションができる方）
  ・顧客、サプライヤー、同僚等と良好な関係を構築できる方
  ・業務上英語を使用できる方【歓迎要件】
  ・海外、国内ともに出張の多いお仕事なので、出張を厭わない方。

• Those who have business-level English proficiency or equivalent English proficiency and meet any of the following criteria:
  ・Those who are interested in various functional foods
  ・Sales experience (person who can communicate in pricing, delivery, new product development, etc.)
  ・Those who can build good relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues, etc.
  ・Those who can use English for work [Welcome requirements]
  ・The job requires a lot of business travel, both overseas and domestically, so those who don't mind traveling.
