Job Summary
Manage the implementation of marketing plans, develop annual budgets, evaluate market trends, manage product communication/promotion activation and reporting to achieve business objectives
General Responsibilities
まずは既に当社と長くお取引のあるステーショナリーブランドとのコミュニケーションをお任せし、ブランドと協力しながら市場拡大戦略を立案、実行いただきます。
また、現在のブランドと製品ポートフォリオを分析し、現在の流通構造から最大限の利益を得るために新規ブランドの開拓もお任せしたいと考えています。
- Evaluate current brands & Products portfolio and recruit new clients(Brand) to achieve maximum return from current distribution structure.
- Develop type of offers to brands by balancing the benefit of mutual parties(Clients and DKSH)
- Develop Business case with GM and present it to relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate with brands, tailor market expansion strategy and implement it based on the cooperation from them.Define distribution strategy-POS strategy with sales(Place)
- Define product strategy-define merchandising and develop new product if necessary. Share info to teams.(Product)
- Define prices based on profit & industry analysis.(Price)
- Develop (sales) promotion plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.(Promotion)
- Analyze sales patterns and trend, create forecast and define purchase plan to clients.
- Design message by cooperating with brand and develop communication plan to achieve target.
- Develop plan, monitor status adjust spending with CG GM.
- Establish and maintain relationships with media to maximize brand and product features.
- Prepare monthly sales and marketing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Work directly and closely with brands’ marketing teams.
- Provide timely and efficient sales support, customer service and logistics services.
- Constantly share information and take cooperation with CG general functions.
- Responsible for net sales and EBIT, stock efficiency
Functional Skills and Knowledge
【必須要件】
・事業会社でのマーケティング業務経験(5年以上)
・ブランドマネジメント(ブランド戦略構築、メッセージ開発)経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力(会話含む)
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力(会話含む)
<Must-have requirements>
- Minimum five to eight years of work experience, preferably in a similar role and industry.
- Experienced in brand management(brand strategy building, message development)
- Business English and Japanese is a must.
