About The Role
The Manager, Marketing & Communications is responsible for driving marketing and communication services, strategies,
plans and implementation for the local market, aligned with Group and local market strategy and leadership team. This role
requires superior service orientation as well as ensuring delivery of outstanding marketing and communications service
quality for stakeholders.
What You Will Deliver
・Implement Group branding, marketing communications, and media strategies, projects, materials, guidelines, and
processes in the local market.
・Develop and implement marketing and communications plan for local market, based on market strategy in collaboration
with local market leadership.
・Develop content for internal and external marketing materials and communication pieces including e-newsletters and
campaigns, website, trade fairs, webinars, townhalls, presentations, press releases, brochures, ads, etc.
・Project management for local marketing and communication campaigns and participate in agile cross-border projects.
・Implement and act as custodian of the DKSH brand locally, and train local users
・Manage local websites, intranet and social media channels.
・Coordinate and write press releases and organize media activities on local level (interviews, press conferences, etc.).
・Act as the principal local media contact point for DKSH and establish relationships with key local media.
・Support on local incident and crisis communications
・Support on local M&A communications.
What You Bring
・University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
・Minimum five years’ corporate/marketing communications experience in a B2B environment within multinational
organizations or in an agency environment.
・Excellent command of English.
・Very good communication skills and ability to connect across all levels of an organization.
・Independent, reliable, and structured working style.
・Quick-thinking with strong can-do mentality.
・Hands-on, pragmatic implementation skills combined with attention to detail.
・Ability to perform in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
