Title:  Manager, Business Unit Controlling(CS FA, JR#163409)

Job Summary

Managing country Business Unit's management reporting, analysis, performance tracking and issue management, decision support, budgeting/planning, accrual and provisions, investment, contract appraisal and working capital control, project work as required, including global standardization and new process implementations.

General Responsibilities

国内のビジネスユニットの管理報告、分析、業績追跡、問題管理、意思決定支援、予算計画と引当金、投資、契約評価、運転資本管理など。その他、グローバル標準化や新しいプロセスの導入を含むプロジェクト業務を必要に応じて管理します。また、国内のビジネスユニットマネジャーと海外のビジネスユニットコントローラーの橋渡し役となり業務を遂行していただきます。

Domestic business unit management reporting, analysis, performance tracking, issue management, decision support, budgeting and reserves, investments, contract evaluation, working capital management, and more. We also manage other project work as needed, including global standardization and new process implementation. You will also act as a liaison between domestic business unit managers and overseas business unit controllers.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

・財務・経理・経済に関する学問的な知識、および経験を有していること、会計原則、為替変動、多国籍企業ビジネスなどを十分に理解できていること

・数字をベースに物事を考えることができ、かつ、クリティカルシンキングができること

・高いプレゼンテーション能力があり、関係者へ影響をおよぼすことができること

・SAPの実務経験があり、会計概念、外貨取引、多国籍ビジネスへの深い理解があること

・Power BIまたはVBA、プログラミングを含む強力な調査・分析スキルを有すること

・英語・日本語が流暢であること

- Have academic knowledge and experience related to finance, accounting, and economics, and have a sufficient understanding of accounting principles, exchange rate fluctuations, multinational corporate business, etc.

- Be able to think about things based on numbers and be able to do critical thinking.

- Have high presentation skills and be able to influence related parties

- Have practical experience with SAP and have a deep understanding of accounting concepts, foreign currency transactions, and multinational business.

- Strong research including Power BI or VBA, programming

- Have analytical skills

- Fluent in English and Japanese

-Experience in Japan subsidiary of multinational company and/or overseas preferred

Education

会計、財務、経営学の学士号以上

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, financing, or business administration
