Job Summary
As Global Sales Manager Brush Industry, you will join a highly experienced team and own our global commercial strategy, with full responsibility for driving revenue growth across international markets. You will expand distribution networks and build strategic partnerships across key regions, leading global market development at scale. In this role, you will deliver tailored solutions to industrial and OEM customers and play a pivotal role in accelerating growth in a specialized, resilient industry.
General Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand business across key global markets
- Drive new business and revenue growth, building and maintaining a strong, qualified pipeline
- Own and deliver sales targets for your assigned segment, ensuring healthy margins and disciplined execution
- Actively generate new leads through targeted outreach and strategic cold calling
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners
- Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value deals with customers
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Represent DKSH at industry events and trade shows
- Build and strengthen the digital sales foundation together with the global PM Digital team, including digital marketing automation, having a digital footprint on industry-specialized marketplaces and DKSH Discover
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Degree/Master’s in Chemistry or similar related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of proven technical & B2B sales management experience in bristles, brush manufacturing, paints/coating or related industries
- Deep knowledge of industry and trends for the Brush industry preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Highly motivated and target driven with good time-management skills
- Fluent in English and other European language(s) as an advantage
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
