Title:  Product Specialist ,Medical Sales

Job Summary

Responsible for managing and promoting medical products to healthcare professionals.

General Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable in disease, product knowledge and promote through effective selling skills and presentations
• Build customer relationship with HCP, Purchaser& Pharmacist
• Achieve Individual sale target and assigned UPC sale target
• Pursue company’s objectives and goals through teamwork and dedication
• Gain deeper understanding of customer experience, identify and fill gaps and generate new ideas which can grow
• Lead and mentor junior specialists within a team , ensuring they understand their role and responsibility
• Prompt a collaborative, problem solving that supports the company’s mission and goals

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the industry/ market/ competitors/ customers/ products/ services and selling skills.
• Territory management skills.
•  Willing to travel outstation and cover more than 1 area.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• Good command in English, both written and spoken

Education and Experience

Degree or professional qualification in a Science- or Medical-related discipline with minimum one year experience in similar role.
