Title:  Merchandiser Field Activation

About The Role

Ensure products are displayed effectively, stocked, and priced correctly in retail stores to maximize sales. Arranging displays (planograms), rotating stock, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing promotional campaigns. Act as a liaison between client and stores, analyzing sales data to optimize product placement.

What You Will Deliver

• Stocking shelves, cleaning displays, and ensuring proper inventory rotation to avoid expired products. 
• Setting up attractive promotional displays and adhering to planograms to enhance product visibility. 
• Act as a liaison between customer and company. 
• Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including product portfolios and marketing plan introductions, order taking, marketing display set-ups and in-store merchandising. 
• Prepare quotation/tender prices, delivery and commercial terms, in accordance with company policies. 
• Report on the activities and products of the competitors via inputs to the competition reports. 
• Record sales data for reporting and tracking purposes. Maintain relevant customer data in appropriate customer relationship management databases. 
• Monitor competitors’ pricing, marketing, and profit margins. 
• Maintain customer complaints/issues log and follow up on customer issues. 
• Monitoring warehouse inventory levels and submitting comprehensive inventory reports. 
• Working to create attractive sales floor displays that prominently feature relevant products and sales. 
• Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Field Sales and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning 

What You Bring

• Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers. 
• Demonstrate basic knowledge in assigned territories/products/services and strong selling skills. 
• Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills. 
• Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills. 
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken. 

Education & Work Experience

• Any graduate 
• Up to 2 years in similar role
