Title:  Delivery Sales Representative

Job Summary

To ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers. Responsible for managing deliveries, collecting payments, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting efficient dispatch operations. This role plays a critical part in the supply chain by ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

General Responsibilities

• Timely Product Delivery: Ensure on-time delivery of products to customers while maintaining service quality.

• Cash Collection & Invoicing: Collect payments upon delivery and submit invoices accurately.

• Dispatch Coordination: Assist in the dispatching process from the distribution center, ensuring product accuracy and efficiency.

• Route Planning: Optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delays.

• Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive delivery experience.

• Compliance & Reporting: Follow company policies, safety regulations, and provide delivery reports as needed. 

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Strong customer relationship management skills (CRM)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of route planning and logistics. 
• Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly. 

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in any field/ Upper Education .
• Prior experience in delivery, sales, or supply chain is a plus but not mandatory.
