Job Summary

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will leverage your expertise in sales administration, effectively contributing to our global supply chain processes. You will make a difference by ensuring timely data hygiene, managing critical documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers globally, all while supporting seamless operations within our competitive industry.

General Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager with daily tasks, ensuring smooth business operations
• Respond to inquiries from customers and suppliers in English/ a business partner’s preferred language
• Maintain SAP data and update Salesforce with sales and customer records
• Monitor sample stock, arrange shipments, and coordinate with logistics teams
• Organize marketing materials and dispatch product information
• Support exhibitions, business events, and promotional activities
• Assist across Business Lines, when needed

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Relevant qualification in commercial/trading
• Work experience in distribution, trading or export/import
• SAP and Salesforce knowledge as an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English and other European language(s) as an advantage
• Proven ability in multi-tasking and prioritizing workload
• High attention to detail, follow-through and accuracy
