General Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of regulatory affairs' policies, procedures and standards to ensure alignment to global DKSH quality policy and local/international quality standards
• Assist  in quality assurance systems, including the development of quality checklists, supporting tools & techniques and RA related SOPs
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the practices and processes related to quality assurance, safety and registration
• Prepare training materials for regulatory training - registration and enhance employees' awareness of compliance

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma of Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related disciplines
• Minimum one year’s relevant experience. 
• Demonstrate knowledge in local pharmaceutical regulations, quality assurance tools and methodologies
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
