What you could expect:

Our Trainee Program is a 24-month experience designed to push boundaries—combining immersive on-the-job learning, hands-on coaching, and rigorous formal training to accelerate your growth and prepare you for real-world challenges.

In this 24 months, you will be immersed in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment that will continuously challenge you to learn, adapt, and grow. With guidance from your assigned mentor and the leaders you encounter during your rotations, you will gain hands on exposure to diverse business areas and develop the agility and leadership mindset needed to excel.

What you will need:

• Graduates majoring in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering ( other majors may also be considered ) 
• Passionate about shaping the future of Supply Chain
• Ambitious, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communicator and collaborative team player
• Creative problem-solver with sharp analytical skills
