Title:  Engineer, Technical Services

General Responsibilities 一般職責

• To provide on-site installation, repair, and maintenance service for car park systems and equipment in compliance with procedures and processes.
  提供現場安裝、維修和維護服務，確保停車場系統和設備符合相關程序和流程
• To provide refinement, modification, assembly, and installation work for car park systems and equipment
  進行停車場系統和設備的改進、修改、組裝和安裝工作
• Identify improvement initiatives to improve service quality, reduce turnaround times and optimize costs
  確定改進措施，以提升服務質量、縮短周轉時間及優化成本
• Coordinate work assignments and follow-up on resolution of critical technical and procedural problems
  協調工作分配，並跟進解決關鍵技術和程序問題
• Order/record service parts and tidiness of service vehicles and take corrective actions
  訂購/記錄服務零件，確保服務車輛的整潔，並採取相關糾正措施
• Record periodical usage, consumption and availability of service spares inventory to support the service business
  定期記錄服務備件的使用、消耗和可用性
• Gather information/data to submit accurate records of preventative maintenance, installations, repairs, time, services, expenses, etc.
  收集信息/數據，準確記錄預防性維護、安裝、修理、時間、服務、費用等
• Maintain good working relationships with suppliers and customers
  與供應商和客戶保持良好的工作關係
• Respond to customer queries and resolve basic issues in collaboration with the relevant departments
  回應客戶查詢，並與相關部門協作解決基本問題
   
• Working Hours: 08:00 - 22:00/ 11:00 - 20:00 (Shift Work)
  工作時間： 08:00 - 22:00 / 11:00 - 20:00（輪班工作）

Functional Skills and Knowledge 相關技能知識

• Holder of driving license is a MUST
  必須持有駕駛執照
• Working experience in supporting or trouble shooting of car park systems or other computer system is an advantage
  具備支持或故障排除停車場系統或其他計算機系統的工作經驗者優先
• 2 years or above working experience in maintenance service is an advantage
  具備2年或以上維護服務工作經驗者優先
• Knowledge in PC hardware & software applications
  基本電腦知識以及電腦軟件應用

Education 學歷要求

• Certificate/diploma in Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Mechanic, Bio-Engineering) or related field
  工程（電子、電氣、機械、生物工程）或相關領域的證書/文憑。
