General Responsibilities

• Perform inventory management activities and maintain accurate inventory records in SAP.
• Process system transactions, including goods receipt and inventory location updates.
• Handle inbound and outbound order processing for assigned customer account.
• Prepare and communicate operational documents, such as packing lists, to the warehouse team for execution.
• Monitor daily operational activities and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare daily inventory reports and follow up on inventory discrepancies or operational issues.
• Support the Team Manager in coordinating daily workflows, maintaining service standards, and ensuring operational procedures are consistently followed.

Job Requirements

• Secondary education or above.
• Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, customer service, or other related fields is preferred.
• Basic computer skills; SAP or ERP experience is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in simple English, both written and spoken.
• Detail-oriented with a good numerical sense and attention to accuracy.
• Able to identify and follow up on inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
• Comfortable handling routine and repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• A team player with the ability to support daily operational coordination.
