Title:  Supervisor Distribution Center Operations

Job summary:

Assist in all Kuching DC operations, including security, staff safety, warehouse control, and admin functions.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Inbound

• Oversee Receiving Operations: Ensure timely and accurate receipt of goods.
• Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
• Inventory Management: Update inventory records and manage stock levels.
• Coordination: Communicate with suppliers and logistics partners.

2. Dispatch

• Order Fulfillment: Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately.
• Scheduling: Plan and coordinate dispatch schedules.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
• Customer Service: Address any issues related to dispatch and delivery.

3. Cold Chain

• Temperature Monitoring: Ensure proper temperature control for perishable goods.
• Compliance: Adhere to regulations and standards for cold chain logistics.
• Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of refrigeration equipment.
• Training: Train staff on cold chain procedures and best practices.

4. Monthly Count

• Inventory Audits: Conduct monthly physical inventory counts.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile physical counts with inventory records.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit inventory reports.
• Analysis: Analyze inventory data to identify trends and discrepancies.

5. SAP Processing

• Provide support for SAP processing related to inbound operations and CO documentation

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Computer knowledge (Microsoft excel, word, PowerPoint, SAP)
