Title: .NET Developer

General Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Scrum Master, and business users in Omni-channel-specific business topics, including product catalog modeling, inventory management, cross-channel commerce and more.
- Ensure the proper configuration and ongoing maintenance of the product and any related systems to support the operations effectively.
- Translate the defined patient journey into actionable steps within the product to ensure a seamless experience for patients and other stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and assistance to product owners on the capabilities and functionalities of product to maximise its utility and efficiency.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues that arise within the product and related systems to minimise downtime and disruptions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve any bugs or issues in the existing products to the development team for further investigation and resolution.
- Collaborate with the development team to test and confirm that any identified bugs are resolved, ensuring the system functions smoothly and effectively.
- Generate documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer pertaining to completed work.
Functional Skill and Knowledge
- Demonstrate technical skills, particularly in these area which include requirement gathering, coding, design, testing, and deployment Skillsets such as: .NET framework, ASP.NET MVC, REST API, JavaScript, jQuery, MS SQL.
- Experience in Patient application support and domain knowledge will be an advantage.
- Development knowledge and experience in CI/CD using tools like BitBucket, SonarQube, Jenkins or similar will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge and experience with integrations to back-end systems, in particular other systems in the SAP landscape, payment gateway providers, shipping/delivery service providers will be an advantage.
- Experience of implementing and/or supporting large web based applications server-based systems/networks, ideally within an external customer facing and SLA- driven environment.
- Knowledge on software architecture and multiple project methodologies: Agile, Scrum or similar methodologies.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computing/Information Technology or equivalent.
Work Experience
At least 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role.
