Job Description:

As a Technical Lead in SAP Business Process Integration (BPI), you will be responsible for leading the design, coordination, and technical implementation of complex integration solutions across DKSH’s global operations. You will guide a team of specialists and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between SAP systems and external partners, while maintaining alignment with DKSH’s global SAP template and IT governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and govern the end-to-end design and technical implementation of SAP integration solutions across global business units and external clients/principals/customers.
• Coordinate integration requirements with Country ITs and business stakeholders, recommending scalable and compliant technical solutions.
• Act as the Integration Coordinator across SAP modules, ensuring alignment with global SAP template processes and standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to integration specialists, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Oversee the development, testing (UAT), and deployment of integration solutions, including change request (CR) analysis and effort estimation.
• Ensure ITSM delivery excellence, including governance, SLA compliance, and incident reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for both project implementation and business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
• Identify root causes of integration issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and escalate findings as necessary.
• Promote continuous improvement in integration practices, tools, and team capabilities.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in SAP integration, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or senior specialist role.
• Proven experience in at least 10 full-cycle end-to-end integration projects (B2B, B2C, B2G, A2A).
• Strong technical expertise in:

  - SAP PI/PO, SAP ECC/S4

  - ABAP, IDoc Architecture & Framework, ALE, BADI, Idoc exits in SD, MM, WM, and FICO

  - Transport protocols: FTP/SFTP, AS2, SOAP, REST, HTTP, JDBC, OData, Proxy.

• Solid understanding of SAP SD/MM/LE business processes and related document flows.
• Good understanding of network protocol, security, performance and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
