Title:  Technical Lead Digital Product (.net)

General Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains backend applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET / .NET Core) to support scalable and reliable enterprise systems
• Develops code and conducts code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
• Troubleshoots application issues, performs root cause analysis, and provides effective technical solutions
• Works closely with team members and cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Ensures code quality, security, and performance through proper design patterns, testing, and adherence to coding standards
• Creates and maintains technical documentation including system design, APIs, and deployment procedures
• Suggests and implements process improvements to improve development efficiency, system reliability, and delivery timelines
• Continuously learns and adopts new technologies within the .NET ecosystem and cloud platforms to enhance system capabilities

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Strong programming experience in C#, .NET / .NET Core, ASP.NET, and RESTful API development
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming, system architecture, and software design patterns
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent discipline

Work Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in .NET application development
