Title:  Tax Accounting Specialist

Job Summary

The Tax Accounting Specialist will support global tax compliance and accounting activities from our shared service location. This individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely tax reporting and supporting process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly tax accounting entries and reconcile tax balances.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly closing board notes across all jurisdictions
• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) to collect and validate tax-related data.
• Participate in internal audits and support external audit requests related to tax accounting.
• Identify areas for process improvements and help implement best practices in tax operations.
• Maintain documentation and records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in tax accounting, preferably in a shared service or multinational environment.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
