Position Overview

As a Specialist, Web Development (.NET Developer), you will join our Group Technical Delivery – Technical Solution team within CSSC. We are seeking a passionate and skilled professional proficient in .NET web development to design, build, and modernize enterprise applications. This role offers the opportunity to explore AI-driven solutions and automation to enhance efficiency and innovation across our technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level web applications using .NET technologies.
• Enhance and modernize existing applications, implementing best practices in coding standards, performance optimization, and security.
• Explore and integrate AI/automation solutions to streamline development and operational workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts and fellow developers to deliver solutions aligned with requirements and project timelines.
• Utilize Azure DevOps or GitHub for version control, CI/CD, and project tracking.
• Apply GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering, and Agentic AI SDLC practices to accelerate development, improve code quality, and support modern software delivery workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to .NET, AI, and automation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in .NET web application development (ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, Entity Framework).
• Familiarity with MSSQL databases and query optimization.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for technology and innovation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub in a collaborative development environment.
• Interest or experience in AI, automation, and code modernization is an advantage.
• Passion for using GitHub Copilot, Agentic AI SDLC, and harness engineering to drive smarter, faster, and more reliable software development.
