Title:  Power Platform & AI Developer

About the Role

The Specialist Technical Delivery - Collaboration & Workflow is responsible for ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of DKSH's Power Platform, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and cloud solutions through end-to-end Business as Usual (BAU) support and technical delivery. This role drives operational excellence across mission-critical digital platforms, enabling business teams across DKSH to work efficiently and effectively.

What You Will Deliver

• Triage and resolve incidents across Power Apps, Power Automate, custom connectors, AI, SharePoint, Azure integrations, and Dataverse-backed solutions.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes, reducing repeat incidents through targeted preventive measures.
• Manage the release of fixes through solution packaging and controlled deployments aligned with internal workflow practices.
• Deliver enhancements within agreed capacity and governance guardrails, ensuring clear benefits and adoption rationale.
• Ensure solutions comply with Power Platform governance expectations and environment usage rules.
• Support environment administration activities including access management, solution promotion, and operational controls in collaboration with platform owners.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Expert proficiency in Power Platform development, including model-driven apps, custom API connectors, SharePoint, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Azure services.
• Strong knowledge of Azure cloud services, including Azure Blob Storage, Function Apps, Logic Apps, and Document Intelligence.
• Experience with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies such as Document Intelligence, AI Builder, or equivalent OCR models, as well as Generative AI, Copilot Studio, or AI Studio and related AI workflow development.
• Experience with Power Platform solution packaging and structured deployments following Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) discipline.
• Familiarity with full-stack application development.
• Proven track record in troubleshooting production issues and managing fixes end-to-end.
