Title: Specialist Digital Workplace

Job Summary:
This role is a technical position responsible for overseeing and managing the digital tools, technologies, and strategies that support DKSH’s internal & external collaboration, communication and productivity. This role involves working closely with various teams and stakeholders to design, implement and maintain an efficient and user-friendly digital workplace environment at global scale.
Responsibilities
- Build, run and maintain digital workplace solutions.
- Strong in identity management solutions with Active Directory & Entra ID (formerly known as Azure Active Directory).
- Experience in onboarding & offboarding process with Identity Governance & Administration solutions, include SailPoint, Saviynt or Okta.
- Experience in virtual desktop infrastructure, include AWS Workspaces, Azure Virtual Desktop and Windows 365.
- Familiar in Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 functionality, configuration, and usage.
- Familiar in unified endpoint management solutions, including Intune, ManageEngine, Ivanti or SCCM.
- Experience in supporting Windows 10 & 11 administration and security patch.
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft/Office 365 administration including Active Directory, Entra ID (formerly known as Azure Active Directory), Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Security & Compliance and etc.
- Experience technical background in endpoint detection and response solutions include Defender or CrowdStrike.
- Have strong technical background in designing, developing and implementing new digital workplace solutions that align with IT strategy.
- Create and manage project timelines for all digital workplace solutions.
- Assist evaluations for designing digital workplace solutions for supporting global implementation.

- Ensure services provided adhere to service level agreement.
- Build strong working partnerships with Regional / Country IT teams, business stakeholders and users.
- Communicate user needs, priorities and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure & IT Security team to perform regular review and update hardening standards for various operating systems and platforms.
- Provide knowledge sharing to other Digital Workplace personnel.
- Review and assess platform security compliance to hardening standards.
- Strong ability to analyze and present data to support product & delivery decisions as required.
- Flexible on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 security escalation coverage.
- Perform or coordinate the security incident handling, documentation, root cause analysis, troubleshooting and post-Incident reports
Job Requirement:
- Familiar in numeracy and quantitative analysis skills.
- Sense of ownership and pro-activeness in identify, improve and optimize processes and mitigating gaps.
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and cooperate with diverse teams in multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in planning & managing IT Infrastructure budget.
Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in IT infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Keep abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities.
