Title: Specialist, IT Systems / Business Analyst (Functional)

Job Description
As a functional specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our Trade Promotion Planning (TPM) and Merchandising application and ensuring its smooth operation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including our IT team, to identify, analyse, implement, and drive continuous improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Share IT best practice within DKSH.
- Provide support and ensure adherence to agreed service levels.
- Provide support including troubleshooting, configuration, and user support to ensure smooth application usage.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans. Conduct testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to ensure the application meets business needs.
- Assist with the integration other systems, such as SAP, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and drive process, user experience, and automation enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize performance.
- Assist in the rollout of new features and updates to the application.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system documentation.
- Provide end-user training and support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, System Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of commercial FMCG business processes, particularly in trade promotions planning, execution as well as merchandising. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Understanding of transport management and supply-chain business processes is a plus.
- Experience with automation tools like Microsoft Power Automate or similar, with an exposure on workflow automation and process optimization.
- Experience with SQL for effective data extraction and processing.
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience in working as first level support related to API-based integration.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
- Proven track record of success in documenting client requirements and managing project deliverables.
