Job Summary

Perform SAP system activities by providing efficient, scalable and high performance environment to support business operations

General Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Support and perform day to day SAP Basis activities, including providing SAP administration, 2nd/3rd level support, monitoring/tuning of SAP systems and associated databases to ensure high performance availability and meeting service level agreement
• Deliver technical environment services (i.e. SAP system installation, migration, configuration and environment support, in compliance with standards, budget and timeline)
• Prepare, maintain SAP system lanscape, documentation of SAP Basis and database administration guidelines/best practices
• Maintan internal processes, quality standard and documentation
• Perform test/maintenance of SAP system as part of disaster recovery process
• Provide problem determination and resolution services within the service level expectation
• Ensure service level adherence
• Communicates user's needs and priorities

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrate knowledge in SAP printing architecture, concept and design
• Experience in SAP system administration, monitoring, performance tuning and maintenance activities, preferably in an environment similar to DKSH
• Familiar with IT service management framework
• Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities, especially in cross-country/culture interactions
• Proven competency to handle confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure manner
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
• Abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities
• Proven basic numeracy and excellent quantitative analysis
• Demonstrate proficiencies in Office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computing/Information Technology or its equivalent
