About the Role
What You Will Deliver
- Manage day-to-day operational expenditure for the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) function in alignment with operating budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Deliver HRIS projects on time and within budget, maintaining a stakeholder satisfaction rate of 90% or above.
- Test, implement, and continuously enhance HRIS solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors modules, to drive HR strategic and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor daily employee data integrations across system platforms including SAP S/4 HANA, Identity Governance, and HR payroll systems to ensure seamless HR operations.
- Review system workflows and specifications, maintaining 98% or above accuracy in employee master data, full compliance with global access governance, and system uptime of 99.5% or above.
- Diagnose and resolve system incidents and software issues within 24 to 48 hours, providing responsive support for stakeholders' day-to-day HR technology needs.
- Manage relationships with external HR system vendors and consultants to ensure 100% Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance and the smooth execution of upgrade and improvement initiatives.
- Implement data quality measurements, identify patterns and trends in data gaps, and generate actionable recommendations to reduce data gaps by 20% or more year-over-year.
- Deliver HR reports with 99% or above accuracy to support informed and timely business decision-making.
- Review and align HRIS user access rights with country teams to ensure compliance with global standards and governance guidelines.
- Collaborate with the IT architecture team to monitor, optimize, and document system performance and data architecture.
- Drive HRIS adoption by facilitating capability-building and refresher training for HR personnel, targeting 95% or above training completion and 90% or above adoption of new features within three months of rollout.
- Guide team members in the effective delivery of HR requests and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to strengthen team capability.
- Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HRIT or HRIS role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, Performance and Goals, Succession, Compensation, and Employee Central, with a strong understanding of talent management and HRIS best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to consult on the design and delivery of HRIS solutions aligned to HR business needs.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong business and industry acumen, with awareness of emerging HRIS trends and technologies.
- Fluency in English and the local language, both written and spoken.
- Cultural sensitivity and strong interpersonal skills, particularly in cross-cultural working environments.
