Summary 
The Senior Specialist, Digital Marketing leads the planning, governance, creation, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns across markets for the Business Unit. The role ensures alignment with global standards, drives marketing automation excellence, enhances campaign performance through data-driven insights, and enables regional teams through structured processes, solution architecture, and continuous improvement initiatives. The actions of the role are geared toward awareness-building and the scalable generation of commercial leads and to bring value and revenue for the Business Unit.

 

General Responsibilities

  • Act as the Key Coordinator for Business Unit Email Marketing Campaigns globally, ensuring structured processes, adherence to SLA timelines, stakeholder alignment, and ensured publishing schedules.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Global, Regional, and Local marketing teams to identify pain points, drive solutioning, and implement best practices.
  • Provide QA and technical support for email marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance, brand consistency, and system accuracy.
  • Deliver Pardot technical enablement and training, including onboarding sessions, online bootcamps, and ongoing support.
  • Support Project-driven digital initiatives, including persona-driven campaigns, ABM campaigns, and campaign solution architecture.
  • Conduct engagement analysis and performance reporting, providing actionable recommendations for market improvement and business reviews.
  • Drive benchmarking and campaign performance optimization across regions.
  • Contribute to solution architecture and campaign consultation, enabling scalable and repeatable campaign frameworks.
  • Drive ad hoc A/B testing implementation as required.


Functional Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong expertise in Marketing Automation Platforms (Salesforce Pardot / Account Engagement).
  • Solid understanding of B2B email marketing lifecycle, campaign orchestration, and lead nurturing frameworks.
  • Experience in Campaign solution architecture, including persona-driven and ABM campaigns.
  • Knowledge of SLA-driven operational processes, campaign governance, and approval workflows.
  • Familiarity with ticketing/workflow systems (e.g., Jira, Asana, Wrike, Workfront) and operational prioritization.
  • Experience in QA processes, compliance checks, and publishing governance for digital campaigns. 
  • Development of training materials for larger international internal stakeholder group
  • Understanding of engagement analytics, benchmarking, and performance reporting (Google Analytics)
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and integration with marketing platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI/LookerStudio reporting and dashboarding creation.
  • Base understanding and experience in latest AI-driven environment tools and systems
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies, performance optimization, and template standardization.


Education
MBA or degree in business technology/IT, computer science, or equivalent
