Title: Senior Product Owner Digital Product

Responsibilities:
Product Roadmap and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs
- Partner with sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders to drive adoption of the digital products and maximize value across markets
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure product initiatives address user requirements and deliver a consistent global presence
Customer Portal Management:
- Drive end-to-end management of DKSH Discover (dkshdiscover.com), a B2B eCommerce platform, by ensuring a seamless user experience for both storefront and back-office management
- Partner with Business Owner/Product Lead, Sales, Marketing, PM Technology, SAP and Salesforce teams to align scope and sequencing
- Clarify cross‑system behaviour for pricing, materials, customers and quotations; ensure correct mappings and data integrity
- Define and track product KPIs (adoption/online order volume, funnel conversion, release quality, CSAT/NPS)
- Champion SEO/UX and localization improvements influencing ordering flow and discoverability
- Maintain regular communication and transparency with stakeholders via sprint demos, progress updates, and actionable insights
Agile Product Management:
- Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review ceremonies to ensure high-quality, customer-centric deliverables
- Collaborate with Agile teams to prioritize features, resolve blockers, and deliver incremental value aligned with business priorities
- Own the product backlog, refinement, and prioritization of user stories based on evolving business needs and market opportunities
Job Requirements:
- Platform Proficiency: Online marketplace ecosystem, including eCommerce platforms, PIM systems, Content Management System, UI/UX design, SEO, JIRA, and digital marketing solutions
- Product Architecture: Solution Design, System Integrations, and Automations & Workflows
- Development Methodologies & Tools: Agile, Lean, Waterfall, JIRA, Salesforce, SAP Hybris (SAP ERP is a plus)
- Technology Insight: Emerging technologies, solutions, and tools
- Data & Analytics: Handle, interpret, and manage data to obtain insights
- Problem Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills with an operational mindset and execution
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years working experience, with 2-3 years in product management, business analysis, and software delivery, preferably in eCommerce and/or digital platforms
- Demonstrated delivery of complex ordering flows and cross‑system integrations at scale
- Certifications (CSPO/PSPO) are a plus
