Title: Senior Product Owner Digital Product (Salesforce)

General Responsibilities
Product Roadmap and Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Define and execute the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
- Partner with sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders to drive adoption of the digital products and maximize value across markets.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure product initiatives address user requirements and deliver a consistent global presence.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Management:
- Drive end-to-end management and development of Salesforce CRM platform, by ensuring a seamless functionalities and experience for Sales Managers, Sales Support, Marketing, and Operations
- Collaborate with product team and other stakeholders to deliver sales cycle and pipeline management features, process automations, and integrations with internal systems (SAP and eCommerce) and external platforms.
- Ensure platform scalability and alignment with global and regional requirements to support diverse market needs.
- Continuously optimize the platform’s performance by analysing user behaviour, monitoring outcomes, and implementing improvements
Agile Product Management:
- Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and review ceremonies to ensure high-quality, customer-centric deliverables.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to prioritize features, resolve blockers, and deliver incremental value aligned with business priorities.
- Own the product backlog, refinement, and prioritization of user stories based on evolving business needs and market opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication and transparency with stakeholders via sprint demos, progress updates, and actionable insights
Leadership Responsibilities
- Roadmap Alignment: Develop and refine the product roadmap to meet business objectives and drive digital transformation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with multicultural teams across regions, ensuring alignment amongst users and stakeholders.
- Innovation Driver: Facilitate continuous improvement by exploring emerging technologies and implementing features.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align product priorities.
- Delivery Management: Prioritize product backlog and optimize resources to deliver features within set timelines.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks in product development or adoption, and proactively implement solutions to address challenges.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track performance indicators, ensuring continuous improvements and measurable success.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- Platform Proficiency: Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot, PIM systems, UI/UX design, JIRA, and sales productivity solutions
- Product Architecture: Solution Design, System Integrations, and Automations & Workflows
- Development Methodologies & Tools: Agile, Lean, Waterfall, JIRA, Salesforce (SAP ERP & Hybris is a plus)
- Technology Insight: Emerging technologies, solutions, and tools
- Data & Analytics: Handle, interpret, and manage data to obtain insights.
- Problem Solving: Analytical and problem-solving skills with an operational mindset and execution.

- Hands-on product owner with knowledge in Salesforce ecosystems, solution design, integrations, and technology assessments
- Customer-first mindset to drive digital product that is scalable, efficient, user-friendly, while increasing business agility

- Understanding of processes and experience in driving solutions around user requirements while working in Agile teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years working experience, with 2-3 years in CRM management, business analysis, and software delivery, preferably with experience in managing or being part of Sales Operations or Sales Enablement teams.
- Experience in understanding business context and processes and collaborating with teams in delivering value to business users and customers.
- Experience working in Agile environments, managing product backlogs, and alignment with cross-functional teams.
