Title: Senior Power Platform Developer

Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and Senior Power Platform Developer to join our growing team. As a Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and governing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, while also driving the establishment of a Workflow & Automation Centre of Excellence. This role requires not only technical expertise but also ability to manage stakeholders, and guide governance frameworks in workflow automation.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) and SharePoint custom sites to improve workflow efficiency and optimize business processes.
- Manage Power Platform environments and constantly update corporate compliances and practices.
- Collaborate and coordinate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and provide strategic recommendations for workflow automation.
- Create and maintain documentation, including technical designs, process flow diagrams, and user guides for the solutions developed.
- Build custom connectors and integrate with third-party and internal systems via REST APIs, Graph API, and Azure Functions.
- Being collectively responsible for managing SharePoint site collections, content types, metadata, and permission structures.
- Convert and migrate existing K2 workflow solutions into the Power Platform, ensuring seamless operation and minimal disruption to current processes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, driving technical excellence within the team
Stakeholder Management and Governance:
- Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements and progress.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders across different departments, understanding their needs and translating them into scalable Power Platform solutions.
- Engage with HOD to present workflow and automation strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Job Requirement:
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications in low-code platform development are considered a plus.
- Expertise in Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate and A.I Builder.
- Possess knowledge of SharePoint Online, including site provisioning, lists/libraries, permission models, and web parts is a plus.
- Have experience in frontend or backend development.
- Familiar with C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Node.js.
- Strong experience with API development and integration (REST, Graph API, JSON, OAuth2 and Basic Auth).
- Strong prompt engineering experience.
- Experience with ALM for Power Platform (e.g., solutions, environments, pipelines).
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, Agile development, and DevOps practices.
- Experience in converting K2 workflow solutions into Power Platform, with a focus on seamless migration and minimal disruption (Highly preferable).
- Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure AD, BLOB Storage, and API Management (Preferable).
- Familiar with Dataverse, SQL, and relational data modeling (Preferable).
