About The Role
The Senior Manager, Regional Client Management / Partnership Lead is responsible for driving client adoption, satisfaction, and growth of Patient Solutions by building strong strategic partnerships and delivering measurable value across markets.
This role serves as a critical bridge between clients, country teams, and regional strategy to ensure scalable, high-impact programs aligned with commercialization goals.
What You Will Deliver

Build and manage strategic relationships with key regional and multi-country clients, acting as a trusted advisor on Patient Solutions programs, including access, adherence, and convenience initiatives.

Develop and execute a structured client growth framework to drive account expansion, including cross-market and integrated deals in collaboration with commercialization teams.

Ensure successful adoption of Patient Solutions offerings, including digital CRM platforms, translating client needs into scalable and standardized solutions across markets.

Track and communicate program impact and value delivery across patient outcomes, commercial performance, and operational efficiency.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks to client adoption, engagement, and program performance.

Collaborate with country teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution while aligning regional strategy with local delivery.

Facilitate best practice sharing and replication of successful program models across markets, supporting teams in navigating complex client needs.

Partner with Business Development and commercial teams to support pipeline development, client pitches, RFPs, and strategic proposals.

Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and support positioning of integrated offerings within broader commercialization initiatives.

Leverage data and insights to strengthen client engagements, demonstrate ROI, and support standardized account tracking dashboards.

Monitor performance against KPIs including program profitability, new business contribution, and client engagement metrics.

Ensure structured governance for key accounts through regular reviews, action tracking, and outcome-focused reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Support administrative and coordination activities as required.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 8–12 years of experience in pharma, healthcare, or healthcare services.
- Strong experience in regional or multi-market client / key account management.
- Solid understanding of patient support programs, market access, and commercialization models across APAC.
- Familiarity with digital patient solutions and CRM platforms and their role in scaling programs.
- Proven ability to drive growth within existing accounts and translate strategy into execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to demonstrate value and inform decisions.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with execution focus and commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
