Job Summary
Help us make healthcare more connected. As the Senior Manager, Digital Platforms, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of our healthcare digital platforms—delivering measurable impact in customer experience, sales growth, and operational efficiency across multiple markets.
Impact on Net Sales, improved PEC per SO line, and accelerated Customer Adoption.
General Responsibilities

Lead the evolution of a unified platform ecosystem (e.g., Connect Customer, Connect Client, Easy Order) to drive outcomes end‑to‑end.Prioritize features and build roadmaps that balance global scalability with local market needs.

Define and track KPIs for performance, adoption, and business value; report progress and manage risks/dependencies.

Coordinate multi‑market execution with group, regional, and country teams; pilot, measure, and scale innovations.

Drive growth & adoption via enablement (training, comms, change management) in partnership with marketing and commercial.

Lead cross‑functional squads using agile methods; foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Functional Skills and Knowledge
Minimum qualifications
- 8+ years in digital platform/product management, omnichannel, or digital ecosystems.
- Hands‑on with B2B e‑commerce, API/platform architecture, analytics, and agile delivery.
- Proven success scaling platforms across diverse markets and turning KPIs into business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership in matrixed/multicultural settings.
- Bachelor’s in digital/IT/scientific discipline (or equivalent).
Preferred background
Healthcare distribution/pharma, logistics/supply chain, or enterprise SaaS; regional leadership experience in multi‑market rollouts.
Education
- University Degree preferably in Digital / Information Technology related fields.
