Job Summary

Develop and implement tactical resourcing and talent acquisition strategies for specific jobs within DKSH's Business Units or sub-functions. Responsible for recruiting the right candidates match with specific jobs.

General Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities in the country through active sourcing and competency-based selection techniques to identify the best-fitting candidates aligned to job requirements and the DKSH behavior model.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders in order to identify the specific requirements of candidates prior to performing market research
  • Plan and implement workforce planning strategies for specific jobs, maintaining documentation on requirements and job responsibilities.
  • Identify and connect with the best-matched applicants for particular job profiles by scanning and reviewing multiple resumes obtained from various channels.
  • Analyze the knowledge, skills and experience of candidates as per job search requirements.
  • Research and develop job profiles for new and specific job requisitions made by Business Units/sub-functions.
  • Develop collaboration activities and give external presentations to colleges, universities and professional associations.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and manage all interviews.
  • Develop a pool of qualified external candidates by building networks to monitor, track and periodically locate identified qualified candidates for specialized/critical jobs.
  • Participate in professional resourcing meetings, create contacts within the industry and attend job/career fairs to increase awareness of the organization.

 

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the business and industry.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in general resourcing processes/tools, candidate interviews and assessments skills, local hiring landscape, remuneration benchmark, etc.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in employment best practices.
  • Demonstrate research, proactive candidate sourcing and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint) & Technology – hiring tools/platform.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, Organizational Psychology or any related discipline
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years’ experience in the same role.
