Title:  SAP BW Senior Specialist

Job Summary:

Perform, maintain and optimize SAP BW infrastructure, data integrity/relationships, as well as reporting and business process architectures, to ensure business needs that scale both technically and operationally are delivered with high service levels

Job Description:

• Provide problem determination, resolution of application/technical issues within the service level expectations set.
• Resolve issues and escalate complex issues in a timely manner, according to service level agreements and objectives.
• Conduct training and application demonstrations for business users.
• Share SAP BW best practice within DKSH.
• Communicate user needs and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to optimize BW solutions as a part of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide solutions, perform implementation and monitor validation processes to ensure data integrity and optimal performance.
• Design, implement and monitor source-to-target systems data loading in SAP BW.
• Maintain internal processes and quality standards documentation to ensure process controls and audits are up to date and aligned to DKSH IT standards.

Job Requirement:

• Demonstrate relational database and star schema design and implementation skills
• Demonstrate experience in the implementation of business intelligence tools (e.g. SAP Business Warehouse, Business Warehouse on HANA, Analysis Office) and performance-tuning of business intelligence systems
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in data modelling and best practice
• Be abreast of the latest technologies and technological opportunities within the specific domain/area of expertise
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computing/Information Technology or equivalent.

Work Experience

• Up to three years' experience in similar role.
