About The Role
The Regional Sales Training Manager serves as a key change agent within the Healthcare Business Unit, driving salesforce capability development to execute business strategy and strengthen DKSH's competitiveness across regional markets. This role shapes the Learning and Development (L&D) roadmap for sales representatives and managers, building a high-performing salesforce that consistently meets and exceeds the standards defined by the DKSH competency model.
What You Will Deliver
- Develop and execute the regional Salesforce Learning & Development (L&D) strategy and annual training roadmap aligned with business priorities and capability goals.
- Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) using sales performance data, behavioral insights, and analytics to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
- Design, develop, and continuously improve sales training programs, competency frameworks, certification pathways, and learning solutions for sales representatives and managers.
- Deliver engaging learning interventions through face-to-face, virtual, and Train-the-Trainer (TTT) methodologies to drive capability development and sustainable behavior change.
- Drive adoption and embedding of learning initiatives through coaching, field observations, performance monitoring, and follow-up interventions.
- Lead annual accreditation and certification programs while maintaining visibility of capability metrics and skills inventories through dashboards and reporting.
- Partner with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, HR, and business leaders to build a high-performing sales learning ecosystem across regional markets.
- Build trainer capability and ensure consistent quality and execution of learning programs across countries.
- Measure training effectiveness, benchmark against industry best practices, and continuously enhance salesforce capability and performance.
- Manage training resources, budgets, external vendors, and strategic partnerships to maximize program impact.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and capability excellence to strengthen salesforce competitiveness across the region.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
What You Bring
- Background education in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Information Technology (IT), or Computer Science; proficiency in English is required. A Master's degree in Business or a related field is an advantage.
- 10 or more years of regional experience in sales learning and Learning and Development (L&D) within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in designing, developing, delivering, and driving the implementation of salesforce capability development and change management programs.
- Robust facilitation skills and instructional design experience, with the ability to facilitate interactive workshops and discussions that drive genuine engagement and learning.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including commercial, medical affairs, and regulatory functions to ensure compliance and business alignment.
- Experience at the management level is an advantage.
- Strong capability in learning needs and impact analysis to assess training requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
- Proficiency in applying instructional design principles when developing training materials and programs.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes without formal authority.
