Title:  QA Specialist (Manual & Automation Testing)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Tester with expertise in both manual and automation testing. As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automation testing using tools such as UFT or Katalon.

Responsibilities

• Conduct manual and automated tests to identify software defects and ensure product quality.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automation scripts using Katalon or Selenium, focusing on reusability and extensibility.
• Collaborate with the development team to analyze requirements and identify test scenarios.
• Report and track software defects, working closely with the development team to resolve issues.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
   

Requirements

• Proven experience in both functional manual and automation testing.
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing using Katalon / Selenium
• Strong scripting skills to develop reusable and extendable automation scripts.
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
   

Automation Tester Specific Requirements

• Familiar with automation scripting language VB Script, Java/Groovy.
• Experience with test automation frameworks, such as Selenium or Appium.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools (Bitbucket)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
   

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or any related fields.
